Wanda Realm Shangrao

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and the gym. the location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. It was right in the center of the city, easy to get around and explore. We also appreciated the easy parking and convenient transportation options. Finally, the staff was fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and always available to answer our questions.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious facilities and fantastic breakfast options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing enough room for a family. the location was perfect, with a bustling shopping area nearby and scenic nature park within walking distance. the staff was very helpful.

Though the hotel provided many amenities, the outside ventilation system could be noisy at times, making it difficult to enjoy fresh air. It may be necessary to turn on the AC instead.

This luxurious hotel is located in an area with plenty to see and do. Nearby, you'll find a large shopping mall and beautiful nature park, as well as cafes, bars and shops. the rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds, while breakfast offers a fantastic selection of both western and Asian dishes.

Some staff members struggle with English, which can be frustrating at times.

This hotel is a luxurious haven complete with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center is a must-try, and the indoor swimming pool delights all ages. the Jacuzzi was my favorite, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also enjoyed the private facilities available in my room. the service was exceptional, with prompt and efficient staff always ready to help. the location was a great advantage with easy access to the city's attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of options for in-room breakfast. While the restaurant provided an extensive selection, it would have been more convenient to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of my room.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, which was great after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and popular tourist attractions.

The staff had poor English communication skills, which made it difficult to ask for recommendations or directions. the hotel lacked adequate seating in the lobby, which made it difficult to relax or socialize with other guests.

Nicely situated next to shopping area, lovely rooms with great view, helpful staff with decent English, swimming pool available , luxurious hotel in good location near shopping mall and nature park.
